By accessing and using the ZygnalBot Support System ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ZygnalBot Support System is a platform that allows users to submit feedback, feature requests, and bug reports related to ZygnalBot. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

The minimum recommended age to use this Service is 12 years. If you are under 16 years of age, you should have parental consent before using the Service.

By submitting content to the Service (including submissions, comments, and feedback), you grant ZygnalBot a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with the Service.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit, and that your submissions do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.

6. Termination

ZygnalBot reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

7. Changes to Terms

ZygnalBot reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ZygnalBot be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
